Cambridge’s Choir of Christ’s College Concert
to perform July 16 at Saint Barnabas’s in Falmouth

The internationally acclaimed Choir of Christ’s College of Cambridge, England, will perform at 7 p.m. on Sat., July 16, at Saint Barnabas’s Memorial Episcopal Church in Falmouth as part of its 2022 U.S. East Coast concert tour.

The expansive program will include choral and organ music featuring compositions by Hubert Parry, Gerald Finzi, Maurice Duruflé, Annabel Rooney, and others. The choir is widely recognized as one of Cambridge’s finest mixed-voice ensembles.

“Music reviewers have praised the Choir of Christ’s College using such terms as ‘beautifully accomplished’ and ‘worthy of comparison with the best’,” said Deborah Gemma, Saint Barnabas’s director of music. “The choir was a great success when it performed in 2013 at Saint Barnabas’s. This July 16 concert gives us another opportunity to celebrate the rich Anglican history and culture we share with them.”
